Zuzana

These are pictures I have drawn of Zuzana, a Slovakian woman I met online with the most extreme macromastia I I have ever heard of. She never gave me images of herself, just descriptions. When I first met her her bust line was 210 cm, with her breasts hanging to her mid thighs. The last time I talked to her (around 2016) she said her measurement was around 260 cm and her breasts were to the knees.  She is married and has several young children, but she lives a very reclusive life and produces breast milk for a living, on average around 10 liters a day. When pregnant she can produce over 15 liters a day. She has had several surrogate pregnancies at the request of her husband to make her breasts larger, produce more milk and for income.

As stated above she described them as being 210 cm at the bust line, and hanging to the mid thighs. She also said they extended from her body a few inches shy of 2 feet, about 20 or 21 inches. Her nipples according to her were around 8 inches in diameter, centered towards the middle of the breast and having a dark pink color. Her complexion is similar to Karina Hart's and so is the nipple color. Her hair is brown and she has small blue eyes and a large mouth. I showed her pictures of a number of women and out of all of them the pictures of Loretta Swit she said were the most similar to her. 

She is actually much bigger than Karola, another extreme example of macromastia. In terms of breast mass only Norma Stitz is a possible comparison but she in a way is also smaller because Norma is overweight. Zuzana is not overweight at all.
